Kimley-Horn Transit Civil Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina
Overview
Our Raleigh, NC office is looking for a Civil EIT or PE with 3+ years of experience to join our Transit Design team.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will contribute to the production and delivery of a variety of transit related and multi-modal designs. Projects will include municipal roadway design, light rail, streetcar, bus and other public transportation design.
Qualifications
BS or MS degree in the field of Civil Engineering
EIT or PE license
3 or more years of transportation design engineering experience
Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation for roadway and transit design
Experience communicating and working with clients
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, self-motivated team player
Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Ability to work with and balance priorities among multiple projects
