Looking for a terrific place to build your career? Our Indianapolis, IN office is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Midwest Recruiting team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and create recruitment reports in alignment with the sourcing strategy and include analysis, market observations, and recommend strategies based on insights.

  • Prepare and distribute new hire and offer binders.

  • Assist our Recruiters with job postings, HRIS support, career fair coordination, candidate interview coordination and travel arrangements.

  • Schedule in-house and video interviews; coordinate candidate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.

  • Review and submit travel reimbursements for in-house interview candidates.

  • Updating and organizing recruiting spreadsheets, research projects, and reporting metrics.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings/conference calls, prepare meeting agendas and compile meeting minutes.

  • Perform other administrative duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, filing, and note typing.Organize and maintain the Recruiting supply room and order supplies.

  • Facilitate sourcing strategies using various sourcing portals like Online Portals, Professional Social Media, and University Relations/Partnership activities to attract candidates for assigned roles.

  • Perform other assigned recruiting and other ad hoc activities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong punctuation and grammar skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

  • Positive, client-oriented

  • Collaborative and team-oriented

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information

  • Must be able to work in the Indianapolis office, this is not a telework position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related major

  • One year of previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience preferred
